The Trust is a common law trust, meaning that it is not organized in any state, country or other jurisdiction.  This trust format facilitates customization of an individual’s investment portfolio to accommodate his or her objectives.

The Trustee for the Trust is UVX, LLC.  The investment advisor is Park Avenue Investment Advisors, LLC.   Both of these entities are organized in the State of New York.
