The Universal Venture Trust offers investors the opportunity to invest in a diversified portfolio that includes other funds, as well as direct investments in other assets, including private businesses.

The Trust will invest in funds that trade in exchange-traded products, such as futures, options, and commodity products regulated by the U.S. Commodity Futures Trading Commission, as well as publicly-traded stocks and bonds.

Investments in private businesses are expected to focus on the entertainment industry, including music production and promotion, nightlife and restaurants, Broadway, TV/Movies and sports.  The Trust intends to concentrate on mezzanine financing to private businesses in this sector.
