UVX is a New York limited liability company, whose president is M. Bradford Randolph.
Investments are selected by Park Avenue Investment Advisors, LLC, and are approved by the Trustee.
UVX administers the Trust and reports to the investors.
Mr. Randolph is both an attorney and a certified public accountant in the State of New York, and has more than 25 years of experience in legal, accounting and financial matters. Mr. Randolph manages a separate legal practice in New York, and has worked as general counsel and treasurer of both public and private companies.
